Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we require to complete your order.
Should you wish to buy Nike, Asics or Onitsuka products from us, you will need to contact us directly as supplier guidelines do not permit products to be sold online.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. To make another form of payment you will be required to contact us directly.
Pre payment for goods is accepted for upcoming releases, subject to our special order terms and conditions.
Once your payment has been recieved, your goods will be forwarded within the next business day. If a price is incorrect we will contact you to ensure the correct price is acceptable.
Player is committed to security of your payment details. Your personal details and credit card number are digitally encrypted using the latest technology which guards all information going to and from our website.

Shipping And Handling
If an item is on hand we will ship it to you on the following day.
You will be notified if any part of your order is currently out of stock or has been re-ordered from our official suppliers. If your order is going to be longer than 7 days prior to being restocked then we will contact you to see if you would like us to place the item on backorder for you.
International shipping may incur charges in excess of that indicated.
Delivery Schedule Priority Delivery Service - next day service to most locations inside New Zealand, applies to orders processed prior to 12noon on weekdays.
Standard Delivery Service - delivery to locations inside New Zealand within 3 working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from New Zealand, 12.5% GST is added. All orders for Australian residents are subject to 10% GST. All other orders are tax free.

Returns Policy
Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller.
Prior to returning any goods you will need to phone for a Return Authority (RA). The RA provided should be displayed prominently on the outside of the package.
Returned goods are accpeted only if they are in original condition, with all tags, labels, stickers (or other) in place. The goods must be in the sole opinion of the seller in a condition fit for re-sale.
We do not provide cash refunds on any purchase. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act are not affected by this clause.
